To reset an AvaCloud password without being signed into the account, click Forgot Password? at the bottom of the login panel.
NOTE: Users are not able to reset or change their password if they connect to a Google account, as that password is changed in the Google account itself.

Enter the email associated with the account.
An email will be sent for users to reset their password.
Users can also change their password in Profile -> Security & Password.
