The Native Token Minter precompile allows users to mint native tokens for an L1. In this feature, admins are able to determine who is able / has access to mint the network’s native tokens and manage the list of addresses that are able to mint new tokens.
The screenshot below shows enabled state for all buttons, because the connected wallet address is specified as an Admin of the Native Token Minter List. If the connected wallet address is not in the list of Admin addresses, these buttons will be showed as disabled, as this wallet address cannot make any changes.

On the left-hand side, users can view Native Token Minter List which will allow the admin to configure the minter list.
- To the right, Mint to Address can mint specific amount of tokens to a specific C-Chain address.
NOTE: Anyone added to the allowlist will be able to control the Native Token Minter.
