View the precompile for the Allow List which lists all addresses that are allowed to submit transactions to the chain.

Add addresses to the list by selecting + Add Address.

For pre-existing addresses that have admin roles via the dashboard, to the far right at Edit users are able to edit the address settings, or remove the address completely from the Manager List.
