      AvaCloud: What do the Precompiles do?

      Reward Manager

      In the Avacloud portal, users can manage admin access to L1s and adjust features such as setting a reward address to allow or disabling rewards on the L1.

      Transaction Manager

      The transaction manager allows admins to restrict which addresses can submit transactions to the chain.
